The West Branch is at a very nice level, water temps in the mid fifties and warming slightly by late day. Isonychias, stone flies, olives and fall caddis make up the menu. Great start to this week with a beauty of day today, perhaps some showers later in the week. Great news about landlocks out of Lake Champlain strong fish count on the first and only day the ladder was open, 15 fish through last Thursday, that bodes well for a good run this fall.
